Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mail boxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email mailbox account you want to redirect email messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
